Terms and Conditions for Exo Promotional (“Promo”) Codes

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions for Promo Code, Exo Imaging, Inc. will be referred to as “Exo” or “We,” and you, or the entity on whose behalf you are acting, will be referred to as “Customer” or “You.”

1. USING AN EXO PROMO CODE

1.1 These terms and conditions (together with any relevant and referenced documents, including the Exo.inc website terms of use) set out the terms relating to redeeming an Exo Promo Code. Further details of the Promo Code will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Promo Code. Please note that Exo Imaging, Inc. Terms and Conditions of Use apply to any orders placed using the Promo Code, and Exo Imaging, Inc.’s website terms of use for using our site also apply.

1.2 You are accepting these terms and conditions by confirming your order using the Promo Code. Any terms you seek to impose regarding the order utilizing a Promo Code through this site will not form part of any contract between us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order. If you have any queries about these terms, please contact us exosupport@exo.inc before ordering using a Promo Code.

1.3 To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy, the following order of precedence will apply:

• Exo Imaging, Inc. Terms and Conditions of Use
• Terms and Conditions for the Promo Code;
• Exo.inc website terms of use;
• Privacy Policy.

1.4 We recommend printing a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.

2. TERMS RELATING TO THE REDEMPTION OF PROMO CODE

2.1 How to Redeem a Promo Code - You must enter the Promo Code when placing your order online during checkout.

2.2 Only one Promo Code can be used per Exo Iris order.

2.3 You cannot use a Promo Code in conjunction with any other Promo Codes or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promo Code state that you can combine the Promo Code with other offers.

2.4 Promo Codes can only be used ONCE per customer.

2.5 Promo Codes are NOT applicable to subscription products such as Exo Works or reoccurring billing products.

2.6 Each Promo Code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to it or before, subject to availability, of which we will notify you via the website. You cannot use the Promo Code after this date.

2.7 Promo Codes have no cash redemption value.

2.8 Exo Imaging Inc. Terms and Conditions of Use apply for any orders placed using the Promo Code, and the website terms of use for using our site also apply.

2.9 We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Promo Code at any time.

2.10 Promo Code may only be used for sales and deliveries within the United States.

3. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale to reflect changes affecting our business, technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and our site's capabilities.

3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale at the time that you use your Promo Code unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).

4. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the State of California.
