Dr. LaRavia earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Georgia Campus-Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. Following his residency training and ultrasound fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia, he now serves as the Director of Clinical and Emergency Ultrasound and Assistant Director of Emergency Medicine Clerkship. He has also contributed to international ultrasound education efforts in Peru and Panama.

Kevin Piro is the current Medical Director of the OHSU POCUS Program. He has overseen the curricular outreach into all levels of medical training and the development of a multi-disciplinary POCUS Task Force at OHSU. He is passionate about POCUS-informed clinical decision-making, building system-wide supports for POCUS, and mentorship. Beyond his work at OHSU, he is active in the creation of POCUS curricula and with leadership in multiple ultrasound-focused national societies and is a national leader in internal medicine ultrasound education. Outside of work, he loves digging in his garden, following the ups-and-downs of the Portland Trail Blazers, and outdoor adventures with his family.

Dr. Nagdev, Exo’s VP of Clinical, also holds roles as the Director of Emergency Ultrasound at Highland Hospital and Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). With over 120 peer-reviewed publications, his contributions have earned recognition and national awards from organizations like ACEP and SAEM, alongside teaching accolades from various institutions.
